Divyanshu Sethi is engaged in an internship at Globalfields while pursuing his Masters in Climate Change Finance and Investment at the University of Edinburgh Business School. He previously obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Technology at the Laxminarayan Institute of Technology, Nagpur, India and was a Gold Medalist of the university. He did his first internship with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited in India and recently volunteered for the World Climate Foundation during COP 26 in Glasgow. At Globalfields, he is contributing towards technical training, in particular for greenhouse gas accounting protocols and in ESG. Divyanshu is interested in the integration of finance, investment and climate change, and wants to use his knowledge gained from chemical technology to imagine, design and implement means of combatting, mitigating, halting or reversing the effects of climate change to contribute towards improving food security, energy, water availability, and human health. Divyanshu speaks English, Hindi, Punjabi and is working to improve his German language.
